Key Services Provided:
1. Program and Activity Management:
- Cultural and Patriotic Events: Organizing and leading the Dominican Independence Program and other cultural or patriotic
activities. - Field Trips and Special Events: Coordinating secondary and elementary field trips and special events such as the school retreat,
8th-grade graduation, 6th-grade graduation, 12th-grade graduation, and educational trips like the Washington, D.C. trip. - Alignment with School Goals: Ensuring all initiatives align with the school’s goals and contribute positively to student life.
2. Student Discipline:
- Maintaining a Respectful Environment: Managing the disciplinary process to maintain a safe and respectful environment that
promotes learning and the integral development of students.
3. Academic Support:
- Tutoring and Enrichment: Providing academic support through tutoring and enrichment programs to help students achieve their full
potential.
4. Logistics and Permissions:
- Dismissal and Permissions Management: Overseeing dismissal times and managing permissions to ensure the safety and orderly
conduct of students with the secretaries. - Pikmykid App Utilization: Utilizing the Pikmykid app for efficient
and secure student dismissal processes.
