Learning Support Teacher
Santiago Christian School seeks an experienced Special Education/Learning Support Teacher who can provide research-based best practices for implementing effective support services within established guidelines and standards in the SCS Learning Support Program. The ideal candidate will love Christ, love students of all abilities, and be committed to Christian education as a vocation. Qualified candidates will be able to identify and evaluate at-risk students, communicate effectively with parents, and share expertise with teachers regarding student accommodations and interventions in our inclusion program. Successful candidates understand or have experience with intervention strategies in the classroom.
Communications Manager
Santiago Christian School is seeking a Communications Manager who is responsible for the execution and management of the school’s integrated marketing and communication program that supports the vision, mission, core values, and strategic goals of Santiago Christian School. The program focuses on competitive positioning of the school in the marketplace through coordinated brand management, increased visibility and awareness, internal communications support, and enhancements in image and reputation. Candidates should have a degree in Communications or related field, experience with graphic design and social media management, video/photo editing skills, proficiency in Spanish and English, and a clear evangelical faith commitment.
Elementary Teacher
SCS is seeking individuals who love students, love Jesus, and are committed to academic excellence. The individual should be a fluent English speaker with a degree in elementary education, a U.S. state teacher certification/licensure, and evidence of an evangelical Christian faith commitment. Candidates must be relationally focused and have the necessary skills to work in a team-based, professional learning community. Successful candidates understand or have experience with English as a Second Language immersion strategies in the classroom. Two years of experience is preferred, and previous teaching experience in an international school setting is a plus. Basic understanding of Spanish is helpful, but not required.
